I bought this one a couple months ago, good reviews, easy to use, good price.

It worked very well, I received 36 eggs, and they were on day 9 since being laid, they had been lost in the mail for 6 days, and I bought them from a random eBay seller. The incubator worked perfectly. I have 19 healthy chicks!
the turner accommodates 22 chicken sized eggs, I doubled up many in the slots, and saw no decrease in hatch rates of those eggs. they did turn awkwardly and I had to adjust them a couple times a day. In the future I plan to split the egg slot diagonally with a pipe cleaner and I hope the eggs will turn more smoothly.
you can put 44 quail eggs in the turner, but if you hand turn, you can probably fit 65 or more.
I felt this really worked well, especially since it was my first hatch ever, and I learned and bought everything from the internet haha.
