Now on to your bird, I agree with KSKingbee, the barring on the lower tips of the feathers tell me it is indeed a rooster. We are down the road from you in Salado, Tx, if your ever in the area stop by.

I had bought 4 of them from a man in Ricardo Tx for a very good price that I could not pass up ($15 each) and these are the only 2 left, which looks like only one popped out in this thread

I also posted another thread not nowing this one had posted. Either way I will be looking into buying more if he ever gets back to me when he hatches more or if I find reasonably priced ones somewhere in the future.
I am new to peafowl and also hatched a few this year for the first time for a friend in our cabinet incubator. I am trying to learn more about them and I appreciate the input very much.
