So sorry about the puppy!

I feel your pain. I had a Dutch cockerel in with a couple of the Serama girls I got from Eric. He was fine yesterday morning. I even held him for a bit, he was so friendly. Came home from work yesterday, he was dead in his cage. Not sure what the deal is with that.

It's snowing outside. I didn't want to deal with that!

Thanks Kari and Trish. When she was born and I saw how tiny she was - I had a feeling she wouldn't last. She looked exactly like her dad.

We just took Tucker and Sparky to the pet store and got them a new toy - it is a ball you fill with treats/food and they have to roll it around to get it out. Sparky just figured out how it works and had "claimed" it as his. (We mainly got it for him since he is so food obssesed)

Sparky was not nearly as fun with the cone as Tucker was. He didn't bother with it after about half a day and we were able to take it off of him on day 2 with no problems.

Trish - I'm gonna come visit you as soon as I get back from smuggling myself into Eric's luggage. I want to see all those baby goats and bring one home.

Everyone be safe today - it is raining here and starting to turn to ice - YUCK! I would rather have snow.

Sorry to hear that! Poor little guy.

Sad to hear about the puppy! Such sad news.

Stay safe everyone- we have almost 6 inches of snow and it's supposed to snow/sleet tonight. Yuck.

Placed my order for new spring chicks- some polish, golden-laced wyandottes, sumatras and blue andalusians. February 21st can't come soon enough!!

oh love all the baby pics. sorry about your looses.

i would love a sanaan doe. wonder is i could talk my hubby into that haha.
he's very grump with my backyard farm.

I lost my itty ,barred mutt banny, kids all cried.
my banny barred rock is trying to set on eggs, but not hers. its kinda funny to see her on a pile of 7 eggs when her little body only covers 1.
