I am so excited! I now have 2 broody muscovies on 2 separated nests! By mid to end June we should have ducklings!

Ok who was it that had a litter of kittens recently? My son is looking for a kitten to spoil. He moved out and we all decided it was best that his "cat" stay here.

It would be an indoor only cat with a ferret friend and my daughters cat as playmates.

Definately pics! I am wanting to sell the ducklings. So hopefully I will have a bunch!
I will keep a couple of them maybe though.

Niece that was in car accient on Saturday is awake and breathing on her own and talking. It's a happy dance kinda night. Had to share with chicken chat (that's what hubby calls here)

Looks like I may have baby turkeys soon too! I have 11 of 13 that are developing well despite being covered by broken eggs. Also the eggs I saved from my lost flock and the 9 I put in from the new Iowa blues are all progressing well. Unfortunately the eggs I put in from the one hen that survived were not fertile

. On the bright side I bought an LG Still air to use as a hatcher, so now i can toss eggs into the Genesis whenever the mood strikes
