Got my certificate today in the mail. Not what i thought it would be but thats okay. Am also not feeling very confident about the eggs in the bator.
Not sure but they seem like there is a lot of liquid around the air cells. Maybe thats normal. I set them on the 27th. Should they still be a bit... sloshy? Anyone know? Are some wetter for awhile?
Katha also sent an "I [heart] Chickens", bumper sticker and a pamphlet on their history.
Sloshy is not a good sign at all. Give them a few days though. What color of eggs are they? Will they be easy to candle? I can detect growth in white eggs by day three myself.

For some reason the image of the roosters "gallivanting lustily" through the streets cracked me up, Then I thought of Eric down there and that image was pretty funny too! Eric did you do any gallavanting on your vacation?

I think that would be more easily done than quail and I think people eat them!
ia Jake, let me know when those birdies fill up your bator!
Oh wait. It probably doesn't happen that way. They are altricious babies aren't they? Mommas have to feed them! Don't think I want to regurgitate food for them myself.
Okay, okay. Lets put an end to those vicious, vicarious rumors!
Whilst in Islamorada, I did no "gallivanting" prancing, dancing or tip toeing, of any kind. And certainly nothing was done "lustfully"!
Things get a little freaky in Key West at night thats why we went during the day and left during the day.
The only thing I did was a bit of staggering. And ONLY after taking "medicine", for my sore foot! I felt like a Pirate! YARR! (maybe just a titch of galivanting)
Steph; Lora said to check in with her on facebokk and she'd tell you the truth! She was in bed at 7:00 every night so she hasn't a clue! She was the Margaritaville poster child!
