I am going to take a bunch of birds to auction on Sunday. If any of you are going to the Osceola auction and want to buy one directly from me, let me know. I will have the following:

2 Red Sex Link hens (ex-battery hens, unknown age 2ish? Still laying well.) I have wormed them and fed them and they look tons better than when I got them last fall.

2 BC maran X cuckoo maran hens 1 1/2. Lay good brown eggs nearly every day. Horrendous fence hoppers and now they wander on to my front lawn - big no-no! They look like BCM.

White silkie roo last summer hatch. Very nice personality - low man on the totem pole here.

Pair Iowa Blue (roo and the tiny pullet) The tiny one has gotten a little bigger but still not as big as the others

1 Olive Egger 1 1/2ish pretty green eyes. Also a fence jumper.

Dolly - 2 year old NN silkie X cochin frizzle. She is kind of a chicken snob but fun to look at

Splash silkie pullet - definate pet quality but pretty blue ears and nice personality.

I might add a couple more later, debating on my loyalty to my frizzled cochins.

Thanks for the laugh Eric - I needed that. She does have a fro, but she also molts it every summer for a bit... Maybe I could make her a chicken wig.

Found my last Cochin banny dead today or my oldest did. She had been missing for a couple days was hoping she was setting on eggs somewhere she was an egg hider. But no suck luck. Only have 1 little banny left.
