IA (incubators anonymous) September Hatches?

Pics
Unfortunately, one little 3 letter word in the product description failed to grab my attention:
BREEDS MAY INCLUDE
BLUE AMERAUCANA
BLACK AMERAUCANA
SPLASH AMERAUCANAS
LIGHT BRAHMAS
BUFF ORPINGTON
BLUE STARS (A HYBRID, HEN IS BLUE AND LAYS LARGE GREEN EGGS)

I received 12 eggs, as ordered, but no Ameraucanas  :hmm :th
3 LB, 2 EE, and 7 Blue Stars. Oh, well. At least they got to me quick, so hopefully they will have a much better hatch rate than previous batches. Provided I don't have any more AC problems at the house (previous batch exposed to temp spikes for a few days).
Well maybe you can sell this bunch?

Yes, maybe. I don't mind keeping some of them, but I don't really want 7 of any one type. We'll see how many hatch, and how many turn out to be males. And maybe my neighbor might like to have a couple more.
I was just looking forward to blue eggs, lol. The EE eggs are even brown/tan.
I do have the CCL and Blue Isbar egg order coming in October, so hopefully I will get some more colored egg layers out of that hatch.
And my Cuckoo Bluebar should lay blue eggs.

Aww, man. Sorry @Jules929! At least they got to you in a very timely manner, and that's still a really nice assortment! We're visiting Florida the week after Christmas, think my husband would notice if I snuck a couple of the Ameraucana chicks in the back? :gig

You know, I also noticed that I had fewer early quitters this round. I can't figure out what happened with the Bantam Ameraucanas, they looked beautiful at Day 14 but it looked like most of them were very late quitters. I can't think of anything that would have made them quit but not affect the large fowl?

Sorry about your Bantams! That's odd.
Thanks! I didn't expect all 12 to be Ameraucanas, of course, but of the 7 types listed, I thought I would get more of a variety. I was hoping for at least 2 out of the 3 types of Ameraucana, and then 10 eggs of the others. I hope both EEs hatch as female. I don't have any yet. I have one Buff Brahma, but no Light Brahmas, so a couple of those will be nice. And the Blue Stars are supposed to lay green eggs, yay!
We'll see!

I should definitely have plenty to share, the biggest question is whether or not they'll all be cockerels. Again. Sigh. I'm pretty sure only one of the Silver Ameraucanas is male, the rest have really pretty eyeliner and really nice chipmunk markings.
You can try, but I can't seem to find anyone willing to share, lol. I only want a couple. (for now, anyways)

That area has been dealing with red tide and fish kills. Even dead dolphins and manatees.

As fall gets into full swing the colder water temps should help alleviate the problem and the communities affected have been cleaning up the beaches. By Dec/Jan there shouldn't be any evidence remaining. If you would like to ride draft horses in the Bay, let me know. I went last December and loved it!
