IA (incubators anonymous) September Hatches?

Pics
That area has been dealing with red tide and fish kills. Even dead dolphins and manatees.

As fall gets into full swing the colder water temps should help alleviate the problem and the communities affected have been cleaning up the beaches. By Dec/Jan there shouldn't be any evidence remaining. If you would like to ride draft horses in the Bay, let me know. I went last December and loved it!

That's Awesome!

Thank you so much for the informations! That is really good to know, I'll have to double check on that before we book something. Horses on the beach sounds awesome! My husband promised to take my step-son on a chartered fishing trip.

Plenty of charter fishing along the coast, especially Tampa.

There are other companies, but I can't personally vouch for them. C ponies was great, and they take pics and videos throughout the ride, and take you out to a sandbar to get individual pics of each rider. It's $25 extra, but well worth it!

Day 16 here for the two. The Bantam golden duck wing rooster and large barred rock hen Mix egg was just shaking around in the incubator when I left to pick up my daughter from school. My separate Hatcher is ready to go so I’ll be keeping an eye on those was going to lock down Friday morning but may even lock down tomorrow depending on what happens.

Excuse my poor grammar I’m doing text to talk

Yay!!

That last hatch was my first real “bad” one... but it messed me up lol with this one I feel I’ve lost my zest for it lmao I’m sure I’ll get it back. Probably self preservation/heart ache prevention :confused:
:hugs
I understand. It had been about 6 years since I had incubated eggs, and I had only used eggs from my own hens. I bought the incubator and first batch of eggs in July and was unprepared for a 10% hatch rate. This last one wasn't much better, but twice the outcome! Hopefully I have the kinks worked out and do much better with the batch I received today, before I get my CCLs & BI in a couple of weeks.
