No!

But it is total deja vu. My humidity went down to 59 so I added water and it bounced up to 74. I let it sit for a while and see if it settled but it stayed at 74. So I took some water out. It stayed at 74. I took some more out.... it stayed at 74. So no I have a crack in the lid and it is finally down to 70. This is EXACTLY what happened last time!!

Is it normal for humidity to drop or spike right before they are going to hatch????

Don't sweat 74 that's not too horrible, you can always pull the little red plug on top to get it down a little. I sometimes pull it and set it in the hole crooked, so it only opens it a little bit.

Keep us updated. I should get my eggs tomorrow, I just fired up the bator tonight.
