Ice water?

Does anyone have an alternative to ice water in the buckets? I've seen the little plug-in heaters...is there a plug-in chiller? Searching Google, I see something like this (aquarium chiller. Would that work? Any other plug-in options? I'm in Mississippi and it is H.O.T.

edit: the other thing that comes to mind is gutting an old water fountain to use that chiller.... hmm.

I keep a little pool of water in the pen for them to play in. Its an aluminum pan about 3' diamater and about 2" deep used for a drain pan under a water heater. They make a mess of the water in a hurry so it has to be changed out regularly but its fun to watch them splash around in the water and I'm sure it helps cool them down too. They definitely use it more when its hot outside.
