Icelandic Chickens

I called the Post Office, no chickens, the only next delivery would be in the morning so I will be calling earlier tomorrow if I dont just drive down. They have UPS and FEDEX both later today but it wont be on there I wouldnt believe, just in case, I will call later.

Kelly you know the ol saying, "that misery in familys is genetic, you get it from the kids"

I am using my down time to finally read thru this whole thread. My neice is here taking care of the cooking and cleaning for me today. I miss seeing the chickens but I did hobble out to close them up last night since no one else was here to do so.

No chickens at the PO, I didnt expect them to be but am looking for them in the morning here.

Its was 15 here just awhile ago, I am watching them closely but no new frostbite and what there is seems to be healing.

I am getting 4 eggs a day now, pretty regularly, more then I am keeping caught up, with the new ones can help on that a lot, about once a week I have been making scrambled eggs for all.

Coconut Shrimp?

I am not sure I could get it down.

I have broiled fish with butter, coconut, pineapple and curry baste. And then serve over rice. That I can get into me.

I am not going to sleep very well tonight worrying about them Jake! They have been care for like spoiled babies for six weeks and I am attached to the little guys. I sure hope they make it ok. I am still not over the box of dead day olds that I shipped a few weeks ago. These guys are older though but I am not sure they can go 24 hours without a scrambled egg! I'll be checking in frequently for a message. Everybody do this
