My Emu eggs came in the mail today!!!

Oh My Goodness! The eggs are huge!

The tan egg in the middle is one of the 12 LF Buff Orpington eggs from Hinkjc that came in the mail today also.
That is a Quarter in front of the eggs.

Good job! I forgot to mention adding the greens to the water. I put slivered romaine in the water and they loved it. Michael went out and saw it and came in to report that they put their lettuce in the water dish.

Here is White Java Krystal with her 5 Icelandic chicks enjoying the great weather we've been having. We had grilled steaks for supper and I threw the "trimmings" out for them!


And here is Dreki and his pen of pullets (Kella on the far left) trying to figure out how to get out and take the goodies away from the chicks! Notice the stern look Krystal is giving to them as she makes sure they don't succeed! Love my broody mamas!!!

Kathy that is a hoot! I saw it yesterday too but didn't want to quote because of all the huge posts with multiple quotes over there! I thought if I didn't quote, no one would know what I was talking about! At least with this episode of brooder jumping it is easier to figure out who is who!

I am so glad those babies are eating and drinking.
