Welcome twister..watch out, icelandics are highly addictive.! Mary (not a farm) better get hubby a new camera...I love pics! Jake, thanks for the compliments on my flock..I am right proud of them myself! Kathy, I love the free ranging pictures...I am so afraid to let my babies out but they love it so much..I think I will get their outdoor pen built in a hurry! I love the pictures karimw..where in eastern iowa are you? I am in Davenport Iowa.

Where in AK are you?

I will be near Caswell, just north of Willow. As I understand there is another flock near Fairbanks. I am heading on up in July.

Looks like AK is going to be a proving ground for Icelandics ! I strongly reccomend geting the digital thermometer from Brinsea, shipping eggs that far already puts them into jeopardy, we really have to be on top of the temps and humidity. I am bringing my small flock and hoping to get a hatch or two once I am settled in up there.

Joyous I really like those copper colored ones that you have.

Here is my Dulla with her chicks from the Easter Hatchalong. They are from the "B" pen....Boi with the white/near white daughters of Audun. Can you see all seven of them?
