Icelandic Chickens

Yes, she is very creative and is able to translate in in various mediums....me I can picture it but it doesn't come out like I want it to unless its woodworking. Even then it goes through several revisions

I just locked down another six Icelandic eggs as part of the NYE hatch! Can't wait!

I locked down 32 eggs, nine different breeds. Everything else each breed has their own look, only the Icelandics could look like anything,

Don't be timid about posting in the other thread. By Penn. Dutch do you mean Amish ? I live amongst the Amish, almost all my neighbors are Amish or Menonite.

I do woodworking too. Yes, some things can take multiple tries. Don't feel bad about it, you'll learn what can be fixed/covered and what needs to be redone.

So that is 26 Icelandic eggs locked down for the NYD Hatch .... Anybody else hatching some?

Yes, like up in Amish country. My great grandfather was from that area up there in PA. From what I understand some of the family moved to Ohio and from there out west. My great grandfather was a circuit preacher and moved the family down to Texas. There are some Messinger families up in PA from what I understand. Not to common of a name.

I'm in Holmes county Ohio, Messinger isn't a name I'm familair with, lots of Millers, Yoders, Weavers etc.. I'll listen for it.
