March 14 goes to Kim (Camelot Farm)
March 21 or later that week can go to Michelle, if that would work.
March 28 week to Mahonri.

I call my Icelandiic coop "The Ice House". I need to get a pic of the art work on the door. I had a friend paint the logo from the Icelandic Preservation Society for me. She also put the names of my four Icelandics on it. I think I'll do that now!! Be right back!

Okay, I'm back!! A friend called while I was outside and, of course, with the boys all crowing, we had to talk chicken a bit!

Here is the sign on my coop. The coop is in the corner of our barn and the lighting isn't the best.

And while I was out I HAD to take a pic of sweetie Anna!

Our snow keeps melting,

and then getting replaced!

Starting the first I am into major building coops mode, that will probably go on through august, including a turkey shelter and fenced run for them, also have to wing clip them which works but I dont want to do but have no other choice as this strain flys very well, the ones I used to have will roost in trees around the home, always come for feeding though, great free ranging birds, but unfortunately all the trees here are on the neighbors

I do want a run for the Icelanders, but will be keeping the roos all separate until I decide who gets to be with the girls,

my feed store owner suggested I look at a number of 16' long hog panels that he has, but I wonder about the spacing and shortness of them. We'll see, lot of head scratching the next month.

But, April IS COMING

PS: Great looking girl there NOTA, and really like the Logo, need some of those !
