If Laree tests my new shipping method (double boxing), then she will be the last person to get free eggs from me! (certain restrictions apply to this statement)

If the eggs arrive safe and sound, I will start auctioning eggs and sending more donations to Iceland again.

If Laree agrees to my terms and becomes a convert then, no more free eggs. Should help weed out the people who just want them to have them.

Edited to add: I just re-read this and it came across kind of snarky. I didn't mean to imply I wasn't happy to send eggs to everyone so far because that is not the truth. I have found some wonderful friends to start helping the movement to preserve the Viking chickens. We all deserve to be rewarded a little for the effort even if the money goes back to Iceland. The time has come.

I heard about some quail eggs that were shipped in an envelope and if it is ok with you, I'd much rather you went with your more traditional form of packaging... Maybe you could ship some to Laree in an envelope to compare to the double box method from Mary???

I just finished setting up a seperate pen, so any Icelandics I hatch can go in there
