TOMORROW I get my dang satellite fixed! I am on for a moment now. To top THAT off, my Platinum Membership has not been renewed yet, so my PM box is full. I paid the $$$$, but am waiting for the Platinum to go through.

Glad to see you on Kathy. I have been working on an Icelandic egg auction listing today (pic heavy) and I am about ready to hit send. I have been annoying Kelly about it all day. Wait till she gets on and see the post about McMurray.

OH! It is fixed! The satellite guy fixed it today!

One more 12 hour shift and I will have a few days off. I gotta get caught up here.

Stella was out in the road several times today, neighbors come by to report a loose chicken. My neighbors dogs are still at large. We decided we couldn't complain about their animals if we can't keep our own home. So, we made the decision to ground Stella again with the layers in the covered run. I closed up the places where she escaped before and went and got her. I shot this video of her attempts at escape then came back into the house, satisfied with my victory. Tonight when I went down to the Icleandics coop, there she was, up on the roost, mocking me! I guess she escaped through the slats in the deck railing although she has never tried this before and they are not very wide. So tomorrow I will cover the railing with wire and try again. I will win this one or die trying! One of us is going down!

And, adding insult to injury, they list this thread as a link for information on the breed. It would be nice if ALL the people actually read the entire thread and got the message of the importance of keeping the breed pure, but we all know that's not going to happen.
