Icelandic Chickens

I made it. I am in Indiana. Watched lots of unloading and cooping of birds.

I picked up a couple pair of Icelanics on the way here, for a friend. I will get pictures tomorrow. (My camera was buried in luggage today).

PS..... 30 birds in same vehicle for 10 hours stinks.

Ummm, we would have been here 2 hours sooner if Brittney hadn't left her cell phone in the bathroom of a gas station. We had to turn around and go back and get it, of course. THEN, we hit rush hour traffic and we got stuck in a traffic jam the last 45 miles.

Kathy, may I have permission to put any pics or stories ( minus the cell phone left in the bathroom story, of course) on my blog with you as a sort of roving reporter? I am sure CNN follows my blog and they might be interested.

All kidding aside, may I please do that? I am asking you in public, a tactic I learned from my daughter who used to drag friends into the house and in front of them, ask me if they could stay the night. It worked for her for a few years. I finally starting saying to the friend "I'm sorry, but Andrea knows she needs to talk to me privately and since she broke the rule I have to say no." No fair using that on me since this was a first offense.
