The eggs are here !!!!!
Mailed sat and just arrived door to door!
16 beautifully wrapped eggs in what must be the best packaging job that I have ever seen ! They are sitting on the kitchen counter right now, coming up to room temp, incubator is to temp with temp of 100 and humidity of 39.
I'll put them in around 6pm and then sit around and watch them for signs of pipping !
Michelle, all my dogs have been alphas until this BH came to live with me, she loves to play but she will learn MINE from day one, she knows what it means now for other stuff, and my cats will do the same, Missy the older one will mother most anything. I would only worry about them if one got out and they wanted it to play.
If you get a LGD Michelle, either makes sure it has been with livestock if its older, or get a young puppy and raise it with the chickens, next to them , she has to be a member of the flock. If you get a grown dog raised as a LGD you are in good shape after it is introduced, BUT, a LGD that is grown and hasnt been raised with livestock can be as bad as any other dog.
This going to be a good month !!!
