Icelandic Chickens

I am gonna band this chick from the huge egg. Breed for large eggs, eh?
Well, that is if I can figure out which one it is. It has to be the biggest of these five, I am guessing.

I am gonna keep them all (at least long enough to figure it out), so it doesn't matter.
Actually, it does...... I like to keep the Icelandics separate from the others. I will figure it out, you'll see!

So cute!!! I would say one auto door every 3 mos. That way in 5 years all the coops you have will have them. As you can tell I accounted for chicken math.

It takes me awhile to close up coops at night too...oh that one is feathering in nicely, I bet that is a roo, those roos are pulling all the girls head feathers out, ohhhh the babies are so cute. I wonder what color they will be when they feather in. I think if I had auto doors I would miss that.

Kathy are these Orps from your eggs? Did you finally get some fertile ones?

I am thinking the biggest one looks like the one in the middle.
