We are having a beautiful soft rain right now, needed.
After a near month of rebuilding a smokehouse into a chicken house with larger covered run I am now looking for another place, after signing a lease w/option the owner shows up the other day with a new restriction: no other livestock !!
I thought about it a day and then told him as far as I am concerned he voided the lease, I am here til I find another place, pocketed the rest of the security deposit for the chicken house, and will probably be here into sept as I harvest the garden, I wanted to get my corn seed renewed, I hadnt planted it for several years, its a VERY old strain I have had some years now, so thats why I havent been on here much the past few days. My attorney said if I wanted to be nasty and legal I could sue for moving costs in and out. I wont, but its an ax over him to insure his best behavior.
