I am cooking up about 30 dozen eggs today ......... for the chickens!

I will boil them and then crush them, shells and all.

To me that weather is a breath of home, Israel. But it does limit the outside work hours, if you are wise.

I have seen tourists drop over dead from popping too many salt tablets, and then leaving an air conditioned bus into the 110+, and not be able to sweat because of all of the salt they had eaten, had that happen several times in the Arava Desert south of the Dead Sea where I was working on an antiquities authority project.

Converting those excess eggs into chicken feed sounds like a good idea Kathy with all that you have to feed. I am going to take a couple dozen hardboiled ones with us on the trip and other driving munchies.

That olive egg is a beaut ! Whats it from?? Or who?
