Yes. My broody hatched some fridge eggs, and I've incubated and hatched eggs from the fridge in my incubator.

I just found a Frizkin (frizzled cochin/silkie) hen like that....she got herself into a pen of cockerels, twice! I sprayed her head with blukote & put her in with the Favs & she's healing, even has both eyes open now. Boys will do just that. I'm thinking of taking ALL the boys (except the buff bantam Faverolles & the old silkie, & maybe just one more) to freezer camp next week if I have my car back. (or have found a suitable replacement, like a small 4WD diesel truck, hint, hint).

I actually snuck over to this thread (sadly, no icelandics here yet) to see if there was a mention of the calendar... in scanning a few of the 14 pages, no icelandics came up. What could be better in next year's calendar?

Who says coupons are for getting stiff just for human consumption? We got enough coupons to get all these yogurt for our BY flock for next to nothing. And pasta which rang up for ziltch at the register. I guess they will be having Mac and Cheese..rather Mac and Greek Yogurt this weekend.

It's not cheating, since I CLEARLY dare Nifty to ban me for contibuting to his community. I am pretty sure it is stated just like that.

BESIDES--the pictures are not being chosen randomly, they are chosen because they are GOOD pictures. For the first 50 pages or so, many of the pictures...well...stunk. So, I had to throw down and up the bar.


...apparently I am mixing my colloquialisms today.

If nothing else, I was "bumping" the thread within the rules.
