Wynette, and BarnGodness01 too!! I saw the Icelandics that Kathy brought to the show, I took some pictures of them, and bunch of random pictures of the show.
That is the only picture of me that BarnGodness01 took, the guy in the green hoodie, and a cut off head.

I took FIVE of the Icelandics and 2 split lemon cuckoo Orpington that IlliniPatT donated to the Raffle that no one won. Jim from JimsFarmStand had no room to take with him, and he was going to kill them if no one will take them. He asked me if I could take them and the cages that they are in for free.
I was like uh? I just culled my farm of chickens, and am in the process of building a new coop, and only have 1 pen that is 95 percent done, and that was for Wyentte's Longcrowers. I also had brought a pair of Muscovys too.
Where was I was going to put them, and how are they going to fit in the family 14 passenger van with all the seats, (I have 8 siblings, but only my parents and I went to Indy.)and I was already feeling bad, for the van was starting to smell from 3 chickens, and 2 ducks.
I had to put the newspaper from the newspaper bag that was under the back row seat on the 2nd row seat from the front, and my blanket on the 1st row for the cages. Wyentte's chickens, and my ducks were in separate boxes in the 3rd row seat. There was no room for me to sit except the back seat, and my dad did not want me to sit in the back in case we get in an accident, and I am not able to get out, so I had to move some things out of the 3rd row to the 4th row, so I was surrounded by birds. Shortly, it was lunch time, and my mom had to pass me some lunch over the cages.
I had shared my lunch with the chickens. They were really hungry, and really like Honeycrisp apple.
It was an interesting 3 hour drive to South Bend to pick up my dad's trailer that we had drop off on the way down to Indy(He had to deliver some appliances to someone). When we got the trailer, I moved the birds in it, and brushed off the straw and droppings out of the van. As soon we hit the road again, my dad said ''That smells better.''
As soon I got home, I had to finish stapling the chicken wire on, and hang the door, then put all 12 birds in the pen, got them watered, and fed them buggy cereal, for I had no chicken feed.
There, I will take pictures of them tomorrow.
Oh, BTW I will be going to up north sometime this week, (
after I finish another pen for them) to pick up the Icelandics that Jake gave to someone there. 6 roos, and 3 pullets. Now, you tell me, what am I going to do with 11 Icelandics roos? Huh?
