So what are you going to get? We chose the Sweetgrass because it is not a broad breasted bird that requires artificial insemination, and it doesn't have the leg and heart issues either. We also chose it because it breeds true so we won't need multiple pens if we want to sell poults. Some of the real pretty stuff can hatch out the colors they were created from. DH will shoot me if I end up needing three turkey coops, so I kept it simple and went with the Sweetgrass. Plus I like saying sweetgrass. Sweetgrass. See?
