I'll tell you it has been a challenge, when I posted that earlier there was only a partial tool bar. My puter is mega memory on everything.
RE: The feathered ones, I see some abnormal feathers on all three, the big white cockeral has several frayed in the tail and many hair like white feathers in his cape, the other feathering looks 'hard', he has a single comb, no other colors showing yet at roughly two months,
the mid one, the dark has a very large crest and most all of the other feathers look 'enhanced'. Very enhanced leg and foot feathering but the rest of the body feathers look 'fluffy' and wind blown,
these two are also the most dominant, frequent threat displays, no actual fighting,
the smaller white cockeral has large crest, a few frayed feathers in the tail, all the feathers are looser, many small ones, almost hair like, but the back feathers are hard.
All three are a puzzlement. If, I go to Alaska, which looks quite likely I will rehome the bigger one with the SC, where I would be going to is -20 today, and has warmed up, the SC would be dubbed by frostbite , and I wouldnt want more SCs if I can avoid them. I will grow out the other two and see where we wind up. All three have an interesting walk, its an exaggerated strut with a careful lifting up and then putting it down, I am wondering if the foot feathers has caused them to do this to avoid stepping on them. I have never seen this in a chicken before.
