Icelandic Chickens

Jeeze, I go into town for a few minutes and all hell breaks loose. Kathy, the baby will not be standing up for a day or so but the Brinsea is pretty tiny for it to hatch in. I moved mine into the Hovabator for hatch and dry off. I don't think a fraction of a degree higher than 97.5 will matter at this point. I would move it. Then it can stay in there for a day until it gets stronger. You don't want to try to help it out at this point as that could cause it to have weak legs. They push a lot with their legs to get out and they need that.

What you might want to do is crush up a couple of Xanax tablets into a fine powder and add it to about 4 ounces warm water with a tablespoon of honey in it, then drink the whole thing! When you wake up come back to the bator to meet your new emu baby.

PS...... I have no Xanax.
