Icelandic Hatch complete! Broody Pics too!

I locked down 13 Icelandics yesterday and this morning I have chirping and one pip!

My little guys are real overachievers. They are due to hatch tomorrow. Two hatched yesterday and six this morning. 3 of 5 remaining eggs are pipped. Here's the little cutie that hatched last night. She has found her favorite place in the brooder.

I have gotten some really pretty colors in this group. Can't wait till they fluff up and i can see if any are crested. More pics to come. I am going down to check on my broodie silkie to see if she's hatched any of the three eggs I gave her.

My hatch is over! Everybody made it out on their own! 13 out of 13! Today was supposed to be hatch day but the last 3 hatched during the night. I suspect it is because the temp on the Brinsea needs calibrating. Still arguing over warranty coverage!

I'll go down and see if The Divine Miss M hatched any of the three she has been sitting. She better not mess up my hatch rate!

Thanks everybody! I just checked the Divine Miss M and she hatched all three of her eggs too! So out of 18 shipped eggs, one clear, one blood ring at first candling and 16 chicks! 94% hatch rate on shipped eggs! Hardy little buggers.
