ID anklet?

I’m sure where this question belong, as I am new here, bitI am wondering if there is a way to put a anklet of some kind so I can tell my favorite chick, Coda, from the rest. I’ve heard of using zip ties but I’d be afraid when they she outgrew it that I might cut her trying to cut the zip tie off. Since COVID is going around only certain things will ship, so I don’t think I can get manufactured ones. Any suggestions?

I use zip ties, as long as you keep a close eye on it and change it before it get too tight, and have the right tools for cutting, it shouldn't be a big deal.

Curious tho, if she's your favorite how do you tell her apart now?
Are all your chicks the same breed?

I dont think that's true about amazon. I just ordered a water hose and grass seed from there yesterday. It's been shipped and will be here Thursday.

Are all your chicks the same breed?

She is currently slightly lighter colored than the other girl chicks, but she keeps changing and it’s hard to keep up. The majority of our chicks are the same breed.
