Idaho?

I talked to Susan yesterday and she wasn't sure if she was going to come or not. She is swamped with her new business, but she could perhaps be persuaded. I won't be attending as I'm on mare watch now until June. I will have chicks available if anybody wants to make a side trip out to Paul. I also have some started pullets.

Want say thank you Rick for all your help getting some Marans. Picked up a combination of 9 blues and black. Very healthy and doing great. Your were great to work with.

I want started pullets still!! I am going from Logan to Idaho falls---could easily pick anything up in Pocatello if you had items to sell at chickenstock and had someone to meet me Saturday morning on my way......I am trying to persuade you here, I really want some hens from you!
If I can help transport let me know :)

Your welcome. Let me know if you have any questions as they develop. An update on their progress occasionally would be great. And remember if you end up with to many Roos I will take some back in trade for new chicks and another shot at pullets.

Michelle, taste a drop of your mare's milk each morning. If it's salty you're a ways out still and you can come! If it's bland you're getting close likely under 24-48 hours, stay close to home and start tasting 2 times a day. When it's sweet don't go anywhere you're very close to delivery.

There now you can consider coming! And bring my friend (who I sent to your website) Kristy's pullets (who will still be chicks LOL).

I'm now sold out of BCM pullets until the next group I held back matures enough for me to pick them out.

Sad face !! My Marans eggs pooped out and did not work. The other eggs did great! I will have to just make a trip to your place someday for eggs, or chicks, or something fun :) I am determined to have a chocolate egg from your girls.

How long will it take for them to be recognizable?

*sigh* I'm so techno-backward its almost silly! I have no idea if this is going to reply to a particular post, or go out to all of them, so...
I'm out towards Lizard Butte & Map Rock
{{originaly from Texas (San Antonio & Ft Worth areas) with an unhappy 6 yr detour in the Phoenix, AZ area before landing here in ID}}

Welcome FeatherHeather!

I just ordered duckweed to feed to my happy hens! Can't wait for it to arrive & start multiplying! Right now they have plenty of green food as they free range but next winter it will be wonderful to be able give them fresh greens!
