I have newly hatched muscovy ducklings available at an "end of season" price. $5.00 each. I also have some started pullets left.

Its been a sad week for me. I had to put my dog to sleep on Monday. He was only 6 years old. The vet suspected bone cancer which is common in the premature deaths in Rottweilers. He was such a good dog. I feels like I had to say goodbye to a son.

so sorry to hear :( we also lost our rottie to cancer, several years ago. Love the breed, don't know if I'll own another one due their health issues. Poor things.. yes, it is always hard to let go of a family member

HELP!!!!!! My buff orpington pulled has tried to lay an egg and I noticed her still doing this weird squating thing, I looked at her vent and there's an egg hanging outside her vent with what looks like a moderately thick membrane!!! I thought she was egg bound but as the egg is no longer insider her and is outside of the vent I am puzzled and a little panicked. I tried putting her in warm water and I noticed no change. Please respond!!!!

I am by no means an expert but thought I would clarify, from the sounds of it, the egg is attached to her some how but it is outside of the vent? The membrane almost sounds like she has a prolapsed vent maybe? Any progress since you last posted?
