I was curious if anyone knew the law on Poultry and Ada County?

All I can find is Boise information. I am figuring that wont be the same since the dog laws are different in the county then city.

Just curious so I know my stuff for sure, though it's been years of owning them in this neighborhood now. We were the last to get them. We live in a neighborhood that is over 50yrs old. No HOA at all. Each house is on a half acre and everyone has well over 20+ birds along with a ton of roos. Our neighborhood sounds awesome in the morning, haha. Along with horses, goats, sheep.

It depends on what city you live in. Each city has its own rules. So where do you live?

If your out of city limits you are usually golden. But yeah till we know what city isnt much totell you.

Loud yes, noisy no. My peacock only calls when he sees daylight for one hour on during breeding season. February to September. If you're in Caldwell city limits you can't get them. They just put a ban on peafowl in city limits for Caldwell.

Anyone know how long quail eggs will stay good in the fridge?

I know that in America chicken eggs from the supermarket are often months old by their pull date. They don't suddenly rot overnight when that date is past. As quail eggs are smaller I would expect them to not last quite as long. I personally would not want to let them sit more than a month. Though they are so small I would think one could go through them faster than that.
