Sebastopol geese are a elegant and beautiful flightless bird. We are moving and need to rehome 4 of our Sebastopol Geese. One smooth Saddleback Goose, 1 Curly Gander from Lund Poultry. 2 Semi Smooth that I think are one goose and 1 gander? The semi smooth do have a few splashes of color on them. They all need to go to one home. There is no cost for them. Local pick up only please.

I am closing on a 20 acre place in Bliss in 1 1/2 weeks. If you cannot find a home for them, they would be welcome there. I can't go to pick them up, but could offer a home if you had a friend or someone travelling towards Twin Falls. They can stay with my others at my rental until closing. (Old tack shed out back was empty and landlord's cool)

Check with your animal control officials. They should know (or look in the zoning ordinances). Usually not for coturnix quail, but ask your animal control or zoning office.

Ok, so it turns out you don't need a permit to raise coturnix quail but they have to stay in a enclosed pen at all times and they have to be parasite free and disease free.
