Idaho?

Burley. I am trying to establish a small flock of Black Copper Marans. I am loving being able to hatch my babies out in my sixth grade science classroom. The kids love to see the process. I live to see them light up as they learn new things.

Hello from Mountain Home Idaho! I'm new to chickens as of this year. I'm starting with 2 Australorps, 2 light Brahmas and a RIR/Australorp mix . I built my own coop and bought a reasonably priced dog kennel for my run. It's only been about 8 weeks since I started and it's been so much fun learning and watching my chicks grow.

:welcome

Awesome! Congrats! They are a joy but they can really keep you on your toes :)

And welcome to BYC!!

If anyone in SW Idaho in the general Treasure Valley area is interested in a Naked Neck (Turken) cockerel, let me know. I’m in Emmett, ID.
I have 5 chicks and 2 are cockerels for sure.
One has a little bow tie and would be excellent for breeding.
