Ideal Hatchery Extras

We ordered 15 hens last month from Ideal and we got 5 extra chicks. They marked the extra male chicks, and so far they all look like males after 2 weeks.

I just got my ideal order in, 2 Turkeys, 7 aracauna roosters, and two easter chicks came with 6 extra chicks, little white ones... How in the heck do I find out what they are??!! I jut e-mailed ideal so hopefully they'll be able to figure it out. I want to know what I'm eating
