Ideal Poultry Shipping Question

I had 2 dead chicks on my order. They arrived 2nd day after shipped day. I got credit for them though.

I have bought from them before this was not my first time buying from them they have always been real good if the order is messed up on crediting my account. dh has a friend that order from them also and his order was lost in the mail 3 times

It sounds like the PO must have had a problem/issue. I'm in Nebraska (you are in KY? so I'm further from Ideal). My order of Geese and Ducks shipped the 18th and got here this morning (less than 24 hours shipping). I didn't expect them till tomorrow so I was surprised

(all 6 geese and 7 ducks are doing welll).

I had to pay 13.30 for small box and smal order because of the 1.00 per breed, plus the 1.95 for postage .15 cent per chick for airmail .

Hello,

We charge 7.00 for orders under 100 birds.
We charge 1.00 for any variety of breed, sex, or color.

If you live in Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, or Missouri... we do not charge the .15 per chick. (shipped ground / Priority Mail)

Any of the other states must pay the .15 per chick for Airmail. (shipped air/ prioirty mail).
