Ideal put my payment back in my account..why?

Ideal is pretty careful about NOT taking money if it thinks things won't ship, so if they place a hold then get a warning from the hatcher - then they'll put it back.

Happened twice with me. Once it shipped as normal and they took it back out. Once it shipped later and they only took payment when those shipped.

Better than other hatcheries I dealt with, who take it either EARLY when you order, or the week before and then have to be ASKED/REMINDED or Yelled at, to get your money back when they don't ship the chicks.

Its funny since this same thing happened to me too. Took out Thursday and back in, I talked to ideal and everything is in order. Not really sure why but as long as my little fuzzy butts are on their way, I'm happy

I hate waiting too. That's why i drove 2 hrs to pick up my second order. Not crazy just a good reason for a road trip and a chance to see more of this great state.

I would have drove to pick them up but I live to far away
