Ideal slaughter age for Dark Cornish hen?

I have been searching for the answer to this question for nearly a half an hour.
We want to eat our Dark Cornish hen...She looks so yummy and is getting big. DH gave the ok (I have been drooling over her for weeks because I've read how amazing they taste).
I just want to know what is generally a good age for a healthy all day long free ranging dark cornish hen to get the ax? I cannot find a simple answer anywhere.
