Truck stops often have them; lots of truckers use them for mini refrigerators and other small appliances in their rigs. Good luck with your hatch!

I've seen them at Wal Mart also... not sure what kind of incubator you have but you'll need to know it's wattage requirements to get the correct sized inverter. If you can get by with a 100 watt inverter (would probably work with most styro bators) you should be able to pick one up for under 20 dollars.
