Ideas of breed? Hatchery extra with chick order.

This chick was purchased at Meyer Hatchery and was an extra to my order. Not sure of the breed or gender for that matter. I ordered all female chicks so I hope she's a she. I'm not sure of breed. It has very feathered feet and looks Blue Splash to me. The body looks more Cochin to me than Marans, but I didn't find Blue Splash Cochins on their website for sale.
Any ideas of breed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There she is with the Blue Cochin chick. She has faint Blue Splash like this Blue Splash Marans.

Splash cochin looks just like my Bluey . Also, looks to be a pullet. Under assorted Cochins they have blue and splash Cochins.
