Probably an olive egger. It's a little too young to be accurate about gender yet. Watch size and color of its comb over the next few weeks. A lot of development in the comb before 12 weeks generally means you have a cockerel.

Thanks Jed. I’m just curious with all the puffy feathers around its head. I e never had a chick look like that and feathers on the feet.

Olive eggers have mixed parentage. The head tuft could comb from a cream Legbar parent, and the feathered legs from a Marans parent.

The comb is pink and larger than i'd expect from a pullet at that age.

Wing sexing isn't accurate. You're looking for comb and wattle development at this age. I'd say he's a male OE/EE.
