Agree on the Easter egger cockerel.
for only 8 weeks, that's a lot of pea comb, and it's quite red. Pullets won't have that much comb at this age, and what they do have will be a fleshy pink color.
The feather color/pattern is also a giveaway. On Easter eggers, you just don't see females with this colombian type coloring too much. Female black and white Easter eggers have more dark, and it's more evenly distributed over the body.
There are some great threads here about sexing Easter eggers by color, with pics of birds at different ages.
