Identify this tractor supply mystery

This chick was labeled as a batam. I purchased 7 weeks ago and it was a few days old. I was hoping someone could identify the type of bantam, and sex if possible. Let me know if more pics are needed. Thanks in advance.

That is a Silkie. Silkies are hard to tell gender when young.

Thanks for the responses. Looks like I need to find him a home. I am not good at picking the straight run chicks in hopes of getting hens. This makes 4 roos out of the 7 I picked. Lesson learned!!
