Thank you! Her comb is staying small, but it’s also staying red so it’s been confusing for sure. Especially with no other indicators.OH! According to the hatchery photos, there would be no wattles to judge! Beard genes are inhibiting itI was thinking it was a bantam cochin frizzle, but green queen makes sense as to why no wattles!

I am still a little bit on the fence. 10 weeks is kinda right in the middle for me, if the bird was this red in the face at 8 weeks I'd say cockerel, but this red the face at 12 weeks and maybe developing pullet. Her comb almost looks like a single comb (think foghorn leghorn shape), if so it's very small and that'd put one more point in pullet for me. When in doubt, nothing SCREAMS cockerel so hang onto them ;D
