Identifying my ducks!!!

You're welcome! That means they're both males :)
Contacted metzer farms. They say they are golden 300 males. Don't look like males to me. They said to wait 10-12 weeks until all feathers are in. That's not correct. We have a female that doesn't quack. Just wish I knew what kind they are and if they are male or female

This is a direct quote from Metger's description of Golden 300s: "The Golden 300 Hybrid can be sexed at any age by its color as the males are shades of black and the females are shades of brown."

So the possibilities are 1) they sold you females instead of males, which I doubt 2) they lied in their description, which I again doubt or 3) they sold you something besides Golden 300s, which seems likely. Perhaps a Mallard drake paid an unsanctioned visit to the hybridizing pen or perhaps one of the birds used in the hybrids had weird genetics that only showed up in the offspring.

They do look like Khaki Campbell crosses to me, just not like Golden 300s. If I were you I would let them feather out and then send pictures and any proof of purchase you may have back to them so they will know they have a problem. Hopefully they'd refund your money.

Yes she is a female mallard.

But at that age, males and females look the exact the same. I hate to say it but if she's not quacking and has a voice like a male, she is really a he. Males only look different when they are in Nuptial plumage. The rest of the time they look like the females do.

It's a she, lol. Not a great pic. She's abnormally small

Pretty! But nothing about 'her' appearance indicates that 'she's' a female :) If she's quacking like a male, she is really a he. At eight weeks, the only way to sex her would be her voice. Or if you vent sexed her as a baby, but even that isn't 100% accurate, and it's very possible to miss a penis on a male when doing it.
