Identity crisis! Polish may be Sultan? Hen or Roo???

I thought she was a Polish chick, but now I'm thinking she may be a Sultan with her crazy feathered feet.

I need input from the experts. What chicken breed is this White feather footed, crazy headed beauty!??!

He / she is 15 weeks...same age as the other chicks she's/he's hanging out with...

Being 8 weeks I would say it's a boy, but I'm not real familiar with the breed. That wattle development indicates rooster at it's age to me.
