Idiot-Proof Incubator?

The 100% complete idiot proof incubators are the R-Coms

I want the R-Com 20 or Maybe the R-Com 50 as my next incubator!

If you can afford it I HIGHLY reccommend the rcom 20. You just plug it in, add water and stop turning after 18 days. Last time I checked , if you add all of the advanced features to the brinsea it comes out to about the same price and the rcom has the internal water tank and sits flat on the table so there is less of a chance of it getting knocked over. I am running close to a 100% hatch of fertile eggs from eggs that have not been shipped. It is also easy to clean as long as you make sure to use distilled water only in the tank. Good luck with your decision and your hatch!

R Com 20 all the way state of the art and very controllable accurate temperature AND humidity but yes use distilled or filtered water to make clean up easier on the humidifier element

my only issue is they could be 1/4 inch wider and longer just sometimes can't quite squeeze in a full 21 eggs if they're good sized.

not cheap but brinsea advance with humidity pump is completely idiot proof. You just need to make sure there is water and you set the eggs point end down! I have an eco20. Not as idiot proof but, bomb proof and hard to screw up.

I've got 2 of the Brinsea Octagon 20 advanced EX with the humidity pump. They basically take care of themselves, but I often kick myself over not going with the R-com because I am getting sick of the logistics of the humidity pump/tank. I have knocked them over a couple of times, making a wet mess on the carpet, and the little hose gets pulled out at times -- did it again yesterday morning! I think an integrated internal tank would be better.
