If a rabbit is bred to early

Insulate. Fill her cage with plenty of hay, and give her a nest box. Rabbits do much better having babies in cold temps than hot temps.
How big is she? How much do you feed her?

I will definitely do all those things.
She gets feed two time a day in a small bowl of lucerne and a pellet mix and occasionally a small amount of fruit or veg she also has access to hay and grass as well as her water bowl. I think she still may have a little bit more growing to do but I have noticed that she is changing coat. Do you think I should change anything?

It can be difficult to tell for sure if doe rabbits are in fact bred while 4 months is a bit young for ideal, since she is a mini lop hopefully if she is bred, she’ll be fine
@Everose and others may be able to give more info specifically related to lops.
Should definitely make sure that temps for mom and babies are not too cold and draft-free. And put a nest box in place at least 4 days before avg kindling date for breed

I would add some black oil sunflower seeds and a little bit of oats if she's blowing her coat.
Not too much right now, just a pinch of each, but once she has babies give her about a tbs over her feed to help her make milk. That's the one thing my young mother's struggle with.

That's okay, I've had an accidental brother x sister litter before, it happened when I got a gender wrong. And they were large rabbits not yet done growing. But she birthed just fine, only a little help was needed from me.
Since yours is a small breed, and unrelated to your buck, you shouldn't have too many issues with mama or babies.
