I Know this is not chicken related but I need help. What you need to know is that we have an electric fence dividing a pasture in two. I just came home and saw that my goat was on the other side of the fence and the wires were hanging down, they were not super tight to start with but they are really hanging down. So I went to see if the goat was okay and she just seems like she's dazed or something. She normally goes crazy over grain but now she just stands there. She's normally constantly moving but she has been in the same spot for an hour. If anyone knows anything it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Hello and welcome to BYC!
Goats are funny creatures, while a horse or cow will turn and run or back up when they touch an electric fence, a goat will dart forward. What kind of electric fence do have, like how strong. High voltage fence used for cattle and horses tend to knock a goat loopy.
She's probably in shock. See if she'll drink some water, if not do you have any goat drench?
What kind of goat is she btw? How old?

The fence is not to strong it won't hurt to bad if you touched it. We think she is about 8 and I don't know the breed on account of her being a rescue goat. Here is a picture if you could identify here

How long have you had her? Goats are interesting creatures and spooked so easily. How is he/ she doing now? Has she experienced the electric fence before?

We have has her for about 3 years. She is doing a little better she's moving a little and is sleeping now but she still won't eat the the grain she nomally goes crazy about. She been shocked a few times but backed away.
