If I candle an egg to much will all the chickens die?

Can you burn or kill a chicken by candling it too often or too much? Is there certain spacing increments in between times you should candle an egg?

How often are you talking about candling? My biggest concern would be that the constant handling will transfer your skin oils and bacteria to the egg surface, and might disrupt the bloom. I have nothing to base this on. I know that when I incubated last spring, the curiosity got the better of me, so I candled more frequently than the standard recommendation. But, when I did a curiosity candling, I'd only candle one egg, and got so I could just shine a flash light into them as they laid in the incubator without even picking them up. It's so much fun to watch those little chickies develop. I'm looking forward to setting 2 dozen in a couple of weeks.
